That level of communication and reliability has been a pleasant surprise compared to some other service businesses I've dealt with in the Northwoods. Rob Jorgenson was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing during the chimney inspection and took the time to answer my questions. While he was on the roof, I asked if he could take a look at a gutter that was packed with pine needles. Instead of just clearing the problem area, he pulled out his leaf blower and cleaned out the entire gutter. It's the little things like that that leave a lasting impression. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob and Northern Lights Chimney & Hearth to anyone looking for honest, dependable service. In fact, I've already scheduled next year's appointment.

Can't say enough good things about this business. I sought out help installing a stainless steel liner in my chimney. They responded quickly and got me inspected and on the books for the work to be done. Rob was very personable and did fantastic work. If you need a chimney repair, stainless steel liner, or inspection/cleaning done call these guys. Best thing is they stand by their work and won't leave you hanging. I give them a 10/10 for sure.
